In their daily work  he is guided by a maxim by the famous  American judge and philosopher of law Learned Hand - “ Everyone can organize their affairs so that their taxes are as low as possible. No one is required to pay more taxes than required by law.  It cannot be demanded in the name of morality. There is no patriotic obligation to pay taxes  at the highest rate. "
